Abstract Submission Instructions

Abstract Submission

The conference is now inviting submissions for presentations. Interested authors are requested to download the Abstract Template. After completing the template, please click “Register & Submit Abstract” below, log in to the system, and upload your abstract file.

When submitting, please name the file according to the following format:
“Name + Institution + Paper Title.”

The deadline for online submission is 24:00 on August 10, 2026.

Poster Submission

Poster size: 80 cm × 120 cm.
Authors interested in submitting a poster are requested to download the Poster Template below. After completing the template, please send the poster file to the dedicated poster submission email: qsnian@hku.hk. The organizing committee will arrange unified printing and display.

A Poster Award will be established for graduate students.

The deadline for online submission is 24:00 on August 10, 2026.

Submission Guideline

Registration Policy

All participants are required to complete the online registration form.

Registration will be confirmed only after full payment is received.

Each registration covers admission to all conference materials, and scheduled social events unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: fhuang1@hku.hk
Refund policy:
Before July 1st, 2026: Full refund minus handling fee
Between July 2nd, 2026 and August 1st, 2026 70% refund
After August 2nd, 2026: No refund
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Bank transfer fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
